Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Delivery is available to addresses in Canada and the United States.

3. Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for orders within Canada are based on the total order value:

• Orders under $75: $15 shipping fee
• Orders between $75 and $150: $10 shipping fee
• Orders over $150: Free shipping

Deliveries to the US will be charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping.

Additional shipping charges will apply for Priority or Xpresspost shipments.

5. Damaged Items in Transport
